Micro Watershed: |
Planning
units of area used by Government of India. Based on national
hydrological system with each numbered according to the main
watershed to which they belong and the sub-basin in which they
are contained. One micro watershed has an area of about 500
ha. and varies from 500 to 1000 ha. |

Milli or Mini Watershed
|
A
number of micro watershed (target 100 make up a milli or mini
watershed which has an area of 5000 to 10,000 ha. |
